The Customer owns the rights to its data as data controller, and the service acts as data processor on the Customer's behalf. All processing by the service of the personal data and other data provided by the Customer shall be in accordance with the applicable laws. The service's processing of personal data on behalf of the Customer shall therefore only be done in order to provide the Product and shall be subject to the Customer's written instructions. The Customer is obligated to keep user logins and passwords to the Product secret from any unauthorized users or third parties. The Customer is obligated to ensure that the personal data provided by the Customer and used in the Product is processed by the Customer in accordance with all applicable laws. The Customer is obligated to ensure that the Customer's data provided in the Product, including personal data, do not violate any third party intellectual property rights and/or any applicable legislation. The service is entitled to delete any data that in the sole discretion of the service constitutes a breach of the aforesaid undertaking by the Customer, and the Customer will not be entitled to any compensation in that respect.
13. Data Location
You agree that by using this service, all data held as outlined in the privacy policy and here within, as necessary for the product to function is stored and processed in The United States of America and is not stored within the European Union.
14. Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basisAt the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Rabet, LLC cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Rabet, LLC customer support team.A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Rabet, LLC with accurate and complete billing information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Rabet, LLC to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Rabet, LLC will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Rabet, LLC will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
15. Subscriptions
Rabet, LLC, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.Rabet, LLC will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
16. Refunds
Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.
